Are you ready to start a new career with a LEADER in the industry and WORLD CLASS team! What we offer:Competitive hourly pay with OT opportunities Annual Pay IncreasesPTO Available as of DAY ONEOpportunities to grow with companyGuaranteed to be home every day401(k) plan with company matchEmployee Pension plan (at no cost to employees)Full Medical, Health & Wellness Benefits start on FIRST DAY This position is located in our Snyder, OK Quarry Position Summary The main objective of Lubrication Technician is to perform all lubrication activities to prevent failures and optimize lubrication cost. RequirementsLube plant equipment as per lube route / protocolInspect equipment during lubricationInspect lubrication systems using check sheets; record and trend critical parameters like temperature, flow, level etc.Maintain lube storage and handling roomProperly dispose of used oilPrevent and clean oil spills and leaksOrder lubricant as required to maintain optimal stockPM and repair lube systems or equipmentMaintain filters, breathers and other componentsCollect and send oil and grease samples for analysis as per scheduleAnalyze lubrication failuresPrepare and distribute monthly lubrication consumption and stockPut work requests in CMMSPerform repair and any other work as required or directedUse lubrication softwareBe on call as required Minimum Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent. May be relaxed in deserving casesMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in cement or other process industry Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to read, write and verbally communicate in English languageAbility and willingness to work nights and days during outagesAbility or willingness to learn use of computers and Oracle R-12 or other programsAbility or willingness to use mobile devices for e mails, texts and CMMSAbility or willingness to learn MS Office documents vizMS Word, Excel and Power PointProficiency is basic math – viz. add, subtract, divide, multiply, average etc. Physical RequirementsClimb up to 60 feet above ground on ladders and catwalksWalk/stand on uneven ground, walkways and catwalks throughout the work dayMust be available to walk, crawl, kneel and climb ladders/stairs to inspect facilities and to observe/perform work activitiesAbility to lift and carry up to 60 poundsAble to reason through difficult operations problems, resolve said problems and/or relate same to othersCapability of working for long periods of time in extreme heat and in dusty areas, confined spaces and heightsAbility to climb stairs and work at heights (up to 350’)
