May be relaxed in deserving casesMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in cement or other process industry Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesAbility to read, write and verbally communicate in English languageAbility and willingness to work nights and days during outagesAbility or willingness to learn use of computers and Oracle R-12 or other programsAbility or willingness to use mobile devices for e mails, texts and CMMSAbility or willingness to learn MS Office documents vizMS Word, Excel and Power PointProficiency is basic math – viz. add, subtract, divide, multiply, average etc. Physical RequirementsClimb up to 60 feet above ground on ladders and catwalksWalk/stand on uneven ground, walkways and catwalks throughout the work dayMust be available to walk, crawl, kneel and climb ladders/stairs to inspect facilities and to observe/perform work activitiesAbility to lift and carry up to 60 poundsAble to reason through difficult operations problems, resolve said problems and/or relate same to othersCapability of working for long periods of time in extreme heat and in dusty areas, confined spaces and heightsAbility to climb stairs and work at heights (up to 350’)
