Volt is immediately hiring for Plant Maintenance and Facilities Manager in Lebanon, IN.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

As a Plant Maintenance and Facilities Manager you will:

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tBe responsible for maintenance of all equipment and systems required for plant operations and support functions and oversee all maintenance of the production facility. This position will maintain the safety, quality and legality of the product produced in all Maintenance and Facilities processes and procedures.\r\n\tPlan, implement and upkeep the maintenance program for all utilities and facilities, including production equipment, gas, chillers, air compressors, hydraulics, lighting, emergency generators, electricity, HVAC, refrigeration, water distribution, wastewater treatment, fire protection, thermal fluid heaters and cooling towers.\r\n\tPrepare and manage the annual budget for the department.\r\n\tManage contract maintenance and in-house maintenance employees.\r\n\tWork closely with third-party cold storage partner to optimize proper system maintenance and controls.\r\n\tEnsure energy, water, and other energy inputs are efficiently used and provide leadership to reduce consumption and identify energy conservation opportunities while maintaining plant productivity.\r\n\tCollaborate with utility providers to ensure timely communication of rate increases, planned and unplanned utility outages, and load shedding arrangements.\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\t10 years Plant Management and Facilities experience.\r\n\tAble to work irregular hours/days as needed.\r\n\tExtensive knowledge of PLCs and controls troubleshooting\r\n\tMotivated self-starter with excellent leadership skills.\r\n\tWork effectively with all levels of the organization.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Salary: $110,000 - $120,000 per year

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

\r\n\r\n
