**Job Title: Plant Manager**
**Job Description**
You will have P&L responsibility for a leader in the food industry. You will be a hands-on leader to mentor, train, develop, and coach the leadership team and associates. You will have a dedicated focus on customer service and problem-solving.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee and manage all plant operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
+ Mentor, train, and develop the leadership team and associates.
+ Implement and maintain lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
+ Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety standards.
+ Focus on customer service excellence and effective problem-solving.
+ Maintain knowledge of food sanitation and maintenance processes.
+ Ensure compliance with DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5 years of successful food manufacturing leadership experience.
+ Experience in training and supervising staff.
+ Knowledge of food sanitation and maintenance processes.
+ Understanding of DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations.
+ Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles.
+ Strong production management skills.
+ Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in problem-solving and customer service.
+ Ability to lead and motivate a team.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
