$70k-$80k/year, depending on experienceFlexibility with scheduleUsually Monday-Friday(occasional weekends)

As a Plant Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the plant, ensuring that the plant is running smoothly and efficiently. Essential job functions may include:

Leading and Driving all operation activities to ensure consistent levels of production are achieved Provide vision and direction for the entire facility in order to ensue current and future success Ensure the facility attains/exceeds key performance measures and maximizes profitability by developing and communicating clear expectations and providing required resources and guidance as necessaryDeliver cost and performance targets; complete projects & assignments on-time, and according to plan Drives continuous improvements in key areas, such as: Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & Customer Service, while developing direct reports Improves upon the capabilities of all plant personnel by driving positive employee relations and delivers sustainable results Identifies and eliminates potential sources of food safety risk


Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate May Have:

Bachelors degree preferred or 3-5 years equivalent work experienceStrong knowledge of local, state, and federal health and safety regulations Mechanical aptitudeKnowledge of OSHA regulations Proficient using Microsoft Office ProgramsStrong Leadership skills
