Join our Garland, TX team as Plant Manager in a unique opportunity to lead a team of 110 associates in a liquid blending manufacturing environment. In this role, you will report to the VP of Manufacturing and be responsible for overall safety, quality, cost, service, and direction of all activities concerned with product production and shipping.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preferably Chemical or Mechanical Engineering10+ years of Supply Chain experience5+ years of people management experienceImmigration sponsorship not offered for this rolePreferred Qualifications:
Advanced Technical degree or MBADemonstrated knowledge of merger and acquisition principles and best practicesDemonstrated experience participating in large-scale business and culture change imperativesExperience in TPM or other continuous improvement methodologyAdditional functional experience in at least two of the following areas: Distribution, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and SHE
