Description We are looking for a plant manager to come in and support their team for a sprint project that will last roughly 3 months with possibility for extension. This is less technical than a TPM/PM role, but does require some manufacturing literacy to step in and support on the floor when needed. Communication with both internal/management, customers, and supply chain skills are needed, aerospace experience is highly preferred (med device an ok backup), no degree requirement. This is an on-site role and they are expecting someone to jump in and support on day one. Master schedule will already be built out, but after a few weeks running their program they are open to improvements and recommendations on making process more efficient.
