Summary: Seeking a Senior Plant Manager with automotive experience to oversee plant operations, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years plant manager experience Automotive plant management experience US Citizenship required Experience with lean principles, kaizen, six sigma

Preferred Skills:

Significant experience in managing complex manufacturing operations Powertrain or die casting experience

Responsibilities:

Manage all plant operations including production, maintenance, and quality Develop and implement company procedures and policies Coordinate activities through departmental managers for timely objectives Establish and monitor production and quality standards Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA requirements

Pay Details: $180,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
