The Plant Manager will manage the daily operations of facility including management of all plant personnel. You will lead, manage, and be accountable for the plant operations.   The Plant manager will plan, direct, and coordinate daily operations, inventory, and quality control. He or she will also ensure company policies and procedures are always followed by overseeing all levels of staff activity and performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (following are accountabilities included but not limited to): 1. Leadership/Management/Accountability - Provide leadership and direction to the team within the plant to ensure the achievement of operational goals and objectives. + Lead and inspire functional team to achieve organizational and departmental goals. + Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement aligned with the company’s strategy, mission, vision and core values. + Provide mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities to empower employees and build a high-performing team. + Initiate and manage employee discussions when development or performance management is required, ensuring issues are addressed constructively and with respect. + Promote a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through daily leadership interactions. + Leadership success is defined by the ability to develop, empower, and elevate the performance of the team and is measured by the collective achievements, outcomes and growth of the direct reports.  2. Operational Excellence - Implement operational strategies, policies, or procedures to optimize production processes, improve quality, reduce costs, and increase overall operational efficiency. + Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production schedules and targets are met. + Manage inventory and raw material procurement to maintain optimal supply levels. + Implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste. + Monitor equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. 3. Customer Service and Quality Assurance – Partner with the sales team to meet customer demands and ensure timely deliveries. + Ensure that products meet or exceed quality standards for customer specifications. + Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to meet customer demands and deadlines. + Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in production or service. 4.         Administer and reinforce all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines, making safety a top priority throughout all work functions within the plant. + Enforce industry and company safety standards, ensuring a safe working environment. + Conduct safety training and risk assessments regularly for the team. + Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. + Lead the response to HSE incidents, investigations, and corrective actions. 5. Financial Management and Reporting - Manage the operational budget, including cost control measures, to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability within the plant + Manage the plant budget, including cost control and profitability + Analyze production data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and inform decision-making. + Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency Attributes & Skills + Positive and self-driven  + Accountable and embraces constructive conflict + Disciplined, structured, and organized + Leadership and coaching + Financial acumen + Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal communication Education, Training and Experience + Bachelor’s degree and/or any combination of education and experience totaling 5 years, with minimum of 3 years in a direct supervisory or management role. + 5+ years of experience in plant operations, preferably in oil and gas or manufacturing, including people leadership + Working knowledge of best practices for HSE, quality assurance and control, and DOT compliance. + Experience in manufacturing and applying lean/six sigma production principles. + Proficient using a computer with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
