St. Joseph of the Pines is currently seeking a Plant Operations Coordinator to assist with administrative tasks in the Maintenance Department as well as perform light maintenance duties when required.
Job duties would include:
-- Entering work orders for maintenance issues
-- Scheduling work orders for completion with residents
-- Ordering supplies for the Plant Operations team
-- Answer phone calls as necessary
-- Perform other administrative tasks as required
-- Ensure work areas are maintained in a clean and safe manner
-- Perform light maintenance duties including but not limited to:
Inspection for completion of maintenance ordersReporting and repairing extinguished light bulbs, exit lights, etc.Education and Experience:
Must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service/maintenance field or experience in similar position.Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
