To support that challenge, the Production & Supply team is currently seeking a Plant Operations Intern, located in Pasco, Washington. To aid in the development of future professionals in plant operations, who will maintain the highest HSE practices and standards. Candidates experience real world opportunities and challenges of leading plant operations while ensuring employee safety and meeting production requirements. Position will take on several key roles including seed conditioning, project planning/management and HSE. Complete a project focused on improving safety and/or quality in plant processes.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalentMust be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Ag Business, Business Administration, Occupational Health, or another closely related field of studyA passion for Occupational SafetyAn interest in the agricultural industryLean or Six experience is preferredAll applicants must be eligible to work in the US
