If you’re looking for a job that mixes science, technology, and a bit of adventure, then this might be the perfect fit for you! **What You’ll Be Doing:** + **Uranium Recovery Extraordinaire:** You’ll be a key player in the process of recovering uranium from loaded resins, handling everything from resin transfers to the final packaging of the uranium product. + **Sample Sleuth:** Collect samples from various process circuits and perform basic lab analyses (don’t worry, we’ll train you!). + **Control Room Commander:** Monitor the plant’s operational metrics via the control computer and respond swiftly to any alarms. + **Record Keeper:** Keep accurate records of daily activities to ensure everything runs smoothly. + **Road Warrior:** Occasionally, you’ll need to drive truckloads of ion exchange resin between sites (a valid driver’s license is a must, and a Class A CDL is a bonus!). **What We’re Looking For:** + **Flexible and Ready:** This is a shift work position with 12-hour shifts (day or night), on a 4 days on, 4 days off schedule. Overnight accommodations are available if you want to stay on-site during your shifts. + **Safety First:** A strong commitment to safety is essential. You need to recognize hazardous conditions and follow safety protocols. + **Fit and Clear:** You’ll need to pass a pulmonary function test for respirator use and clear drug and alcohol testing. + **Legal Eagle:** You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. **Your Skills and Qualifications:** + **Educational Background:** High school diploma or GED. + **Handy Person:** Basic construction/maintenance skills and PVC plumbing knowledge are required. + **Driver’s License:** A valid driver’s license is a must; a Class A CDL is preferred. + **Independent and Team Player:** You should be able to work independently and as part of a team. + **Tech-Savvy:** Basic computer skills are needed to navigate our systems. **Why Join Us?** + **Comprehensive Training:** We provide all the training you need to succeed in this role. + **Exciting Work Environment:** Be part of a vital industry with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. + **Supportive Team:** Work alongside a team that values collaboration and innovation.
