This position reports to

Global PG Technology Manager-Power&Water

Your role and responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and execution of Plant Optimization solutions, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction• Support the implementation and operational phase of Advanced Process Control (APC) and Real-Time Optimization (RTO) solutions• Conduct site surveys, optimization benefit assessments, and support sales teams with technical expertise• Manage multiple parallel projects, coordinating execution teams and ensuring alignment with customer expectations• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to junior engineers and new team members• Act as a key interface between R&D, Sales, Operations, and Execution teams to drive solution success• Support product troubleshooting and collaborate with internal teams to resolve engineering or software issues• Travel internationally to customer sites for commissioning, installation, and project execution

Qualifications for the role

Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field10+ years of experience in customer project execution within Oil, Gas, Refining, Chemicals, or Petrochemicals industriesExpertise in APC, RTO, and energy/process optimization software solutionsStrong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions for customersProven experience managing multi-project execution and stakeholder engagementEffective communication, leadership, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindsetWillingness to travel internationally for project support and execution
