You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity. **Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:** **$20/hour** **-Work hours - we are running one shift (5AM-5:30PM), scaling to 2 (5:30PM-5:30AM); running Monday-Friday. Saturdays as needed. You’ll be:** • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the plant and warehouse, focusing on seed treatment to packaging by seed count. • Operating both manual and automated seed count and bagging equipment, ensuring accuracy in seed/lbs., bag weights, and bag inventory. • Participating in the cleanup of treating and bagging areas and assisting management in inventory counts and carryover blending processes. **This job might be an outstanding fit if you:** • Have a strong mechanical aptitude and can handle equipment repairs and general maintenance. • Are available to work one shift (5 AM-5:30 PM) and potentially transition to a second shift (5:30 PM-5:30 AM) after training. • Can lift and handle 50 lb bags as needed and are willing to undergo medical clearance for cotton dust and other assessments. **What happens next** Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
