Your profile and competencies to succeedMinimum qualifications:
- Higher education
- Minimum 2 years experience in a production environment (preferably automotive)
- At least 3 years experience in a similar position
- PC skills (MS Office)
- Fluent in English
Plant Quality Manager is:
a) the management representative in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards and thus ensures that all standards and procedures are adhered to, with a particular focus on:
i. Customer standards
ii. S/R standards
iii. Faurecia Excellence System (FES) and related procedures
b) Represents the customer within the factory and act accordingly.
c) Participates in defining factory quality objectives, monitors progress and implements corrective actions in case of deviation.
d) Ensures complete existence and archiving of all product/process data relevant to traceability and product accountability.
e) Being responsible for complaint handling for both customers and suppliers, ensures complaints are handled in a timely manner through appropriate use of problem resolution techniques and ensures 8D reports are robust and regularly updated in the QSS system.
f) Manages the quality department in terms of budget, recruitment, resource allocation and staff development.
g) Ensures capitalization and cross-functionalization and shares best practices.
