For our future state-of-the art 600+ person Lubbock, TX cheese and whey manufacturing facility, Leprino is seeking a Plant Recruiteron our Human Resourcesteam to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of innovation, technological advancement, process improvement, and production efficiencies. The plant becomes operational in 2024 with Phase 1 and will become fully operational by 2026 with Phase 2. T he Plant Recruiter is an entry-level human resources role that supports the day-to-day operations of the plant and HR Department by helping to manage the plant non-exempt recruitment, orientation, and onboarding processes. + Coordinates the locations recruiting efforts with business partners to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained within the plant, including development of employment advertisements + Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. + Assists in the coordination and facilitation of the orientation, onboarding, and retention feedback process for new employees. + Conducts new hire orientation training on Human Resources subject matter. + Uses turnover data for the facility to identify areas of opportunity. + Completes exit interviews for non-exempt team members. + Coordinates internal job transfer posting and selection process. + Manages candidate experience from applicant to day one of employment, including pre-employment screening process and follow-up. + Develops and maintains relationships with applicants in order to create effective pipeline of candidates and talent pools for future needs.
