You'll have... 

A bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in engineering, computer science or a related field and 5 years of experience in the position offered or 5 years of experience providing design engineering for plant or product vehicles. Also requires 2 years of experience designing in GSAR, QARS, and BSAQ systems. 

We are offering a salary of $117,853.00 - $158,100.00/yr.

What you’ll be able to do: 

Plant Vehicle Team - Design Engineer - positions offered by Ford Motor Company (Flat Rock, Michigan). Responsible for quality improvement roadmap to deliver quality targets for the VFG. Create and implement quality improvement ideas to book quality improvements and bin warranties in GSAR system. Identify and implement ICA and PCA for warranty issues. Implement Vehicle Function Group Quality improvements and interface with Core Dearborn applications support to implement product changes. Track product changes through WERS system through timely release to the plant and notify Alert for Vehicle Function Group. Providing support for BSAQ system for VFG to ensure accurate project tracking and ensure quality holds and stop ships. Provide engineering support for internal plant issues and implement the Change (ECN Process). Support BOM validation and signoffs and closure of DEMS / AIMS issues for each milestone.
