What you will need:

1 year of experience in the supervision of personnel. Prior experience in production agriculture with a high mechanical aptitude.Previous experience and/or working knowledge of row crops.Ability to comprehend, read, write, and communicate proficiently in English and interact with all levels of the organization.Ability to travel 70% of work schedule, including spending nights and weekends away from the Bakersfield area.Available to work weekends as needed.Have a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV driving record.Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation. What will set you apart:

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, horticulture, Plant Sciences, or another related field.2 years’ experience operating and maintaining farm equipment.Highly organized, meticulous and possess good analytical skills.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management and personnel. Ability to lead and manage people. Ability to organize multiple priorities and projects to achieve expected business results. Bilingual English/Spanish. Benefits

Total Rewards:                     $68,640 / YEAR
