Discover more about us at www.amerihealthcaritas.com . We are seeking a dedicated **Planview Product Manager** to be the product owner of the Planview Application. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with internal and external departments to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. In addition, this role must ensure that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. The Product Manager is required to possess extensive Planview expertise to enhance organizational efficiency and deliver value through process improvement, technical innovation, and strategic execution. **Product Owner Responsibilities:** Onboard New Departments/Teams: • Consult with Business and Information Solution departments about the use of the Planview applications • Includes onboarding process – gathering/documenting requirements, configuration of Planview application with Planview administrators, creating documentation, and training users, transitioning to sustainment. Implement Planview Applications: • Analyze, plan, and implement Planview applications (Planview Roadmap, Planview.Me, Strategies (Program Management), Financials, HUB, and Investment Capacity Planning. Training • Create training materials and conduct Planview training for end users. Reporting: • Provide Business Subject Matter (SME) expertise for report requirements and create Power BI dashboards. Application Support: • Manage monthly product releases (new features/functionality) process. • Portfolios, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, Administrative Platform, Hub. • Facilitate bi-weekly office hours. • Provide end-user support upon request • Perform change management activities as required. • Perform data clean-up analysis and monitoring. • Identify process improvement opportunities. • Serve as back-up Planview System Administrators as needed. **Qualifications / Education:** • Five to ten (5-10) years of Planview Product Knowledge. • Previous working experience as a product manager. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. • Bachelor’s Degree. **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At Amerihealth Caritas, everyone can feel valued, supported, and comfortable to be themselves.
