**Job Title: Plastic Manufacturing Associate**
**Job Description**
The Plastic Manufacturing Associate will work in a clean room environment producing and packaging plastic parts. These parts vary in size, some as small as an inch long. The role involves working safely within clean room regulations, following specific quality standards while inspecting and packaging products.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pack 'racks' onto the line after covering them
+ Operate packaging equipment to put tips into racks
+ Print labels based on work instructions
+ Place filled racks into sleeves, label them, and put them into boxes
+ Seal and label boxes, ensuring correct placement
+ Visually inspect and package parts
+ Address any quality issues by notifying the quality team
+ Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment as needed

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience handling small/delicate parts in the medical or pharmaceutical industry
+ Injection molding experience
+ Experience with production, picking, assembly, and packaging
+ Familiarity with RF scanners and general production processes

**Work Environment**
This is a clean room environment where PPE is required, including hair nets, beard nets/face coverings, shoe covers, lab gowns, safety glasses, and gloves. The environment is clean, bright, and organized with a low hum of machines. The facility operates 24/7 with security and camera supervision. Shift options are available: 1st shift from 6:30am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 10:30pm to 7am. Breaks include two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch, coordinated with team members to ensure continuous production.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
