**Job Title: Plastic Manufacturing Associate** **Job Description** Plastic Manufacturing Associate will be working in a clean room environment producing and packaging plastic parts. These parts range in size, with some as small as an inch long. The associate will need to work safely within the clean room regulations while following specific quality standards as they inspect and package products. Packaging equipment will feed the plastics area, and the manufacturing associate will visually inspect and package parts, ensuring correct placement of boxes and labels. If any quality issue arises, the associate is responsible for bringing it to the attention of the quality team. Basic troubleshooting on equipment is occasionally required. **Responsibilities** + Pack 'racks' onto the line after covering them + Monitor packaging equipment as it places tips into racks + Print and apply labels based on work instructions + Place filled racks into sleeves and label them correctly + Seal and label boxes with filled sleeves + Coordinate breaks with team members to ensure continuous production + Adhere to clean room regulations and maintain a high standard of quality + Report any quality issues to the quality team + Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment when necessary **Essential Skills** + Basic math skills + Attention to detail + Basic computer skills + Sense of urgency + Ability to understand and adhere to policies and procedures + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Team-oriented mindset + Quality consciousness + Aptitude for maintaining correct documentation and paperwork + GED or High School Diploma + Steel-toed shoes **Shift & Pay** + 1st shift - 6:30am-3pm // **$18** + 2nd shift - 2:30pm-11pm // **$19.26** + 3rd shift - 10:30pm-7am // **$19.80** **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic and clean work environment with opportunities for career growth. The work environment is clean, bright, and organized, with a low hum of machinery. Breaks are coordinated with team members to ensure continuous production. The facility is monitored 24/7 by a security team, ensuring a safe working environment. Breaks including two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
