Qualifications:

Demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding standards for safety, quality, and productivityMust have 2 years minimum experience in printing, platemaking or equivalent technical education or experienceAbility to effectively communicate business issues with leadership, maintenance, and press crewsMust have good problem-solving skillsMust be self-motivated and able to work independentlyMust be able to work all shiftsBasic math skillsAbility to operate advanced computer controlsAbility to perform essential functions of the jobAble to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively maintain raw materials inventory
