Position Location - This position will be based in the Modesto, California office with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.

 

Join Our Team as a Platform Analyst Supporting IT Marketing

 

Are you passionate about leveraging IT to drive marketing success? We are seeking a Platform Analyst to support our IT Marketing efforts. In this role, you will collaborate with partners and customers to gather requirements, document processes, and manage projects. You will participate in various initiatives, including product marketing, business relations, and data analysis, translating requirements into IT system, process, and application deliverables.

 

You will play a key role in supporting platforms through incident, problem, and change management. Your responsibilities will include opening incidents and tickets with vendors, supporting the Run team with critical issues, and participating in Agile planning and demand delivery. You will assess and break down new work demands into executable parts, ensuring efficient and timely completion.

 

Working collaboratively with business stakeholders, BRMs, and end users, you will gather, understand, and define business requirements to design solutions that meet their needs. You will measure and communicate project benefits in business terms, helping to convey the value of IT contributions to key stakeholders. Managing business and functional requirements, you will assess the risks of various solution options and participate in key meetings, including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.

 

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to test and verify solutions, using your business knowledge to identify gaps and optimize processes. You will conduct data analysis on financial resourcing and report findings, run end user adoptions, and provide training and education for business teams. Additionally, you will execute product marketing initiatives on platforms to reach business teams or the organization.

 

You will manage medium-sized projects and tasks for internal and third-party professionals, communicating project status to key stakeholders. Your ability to work with moderate to minimal guidance will be crucial in achieving success.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of experience in IT or business analysis; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 1 year of experience in IT or business analysis; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of IT or business analysis experience. Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description. Required to be 18 years or older. What Will Set You Apart:

Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in IT or business analysis; OR Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, Math, Systems Engineering, or Data Sciences plus 3 year of experience in IT or business analysis; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 8 years of IT or business analysis experience. Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements. Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders . Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting and analysis techniques. Highly proficient in basic office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Teams, Planner and PowerPoint. Collaborate with departments to understand platform needs and translate them into technical solutions. Monitor and maintain the performance of IT marketing efforts through platforms, ensuring optimal knowledge findings and user experience. Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for platform improvement. Assist in the implementation and integration of new technologies and tools. Present solutions to executive level to pitch products and ways that platform can solve business need. Conduct trainings and provide support to team members on platform usage and best practices, including self-recorded videos. Experience creating campaigns and holding events to drive end user engagement. Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of executives, managers and other customers. Lead trainings for small to large sized audience, both virtual and in person. Stay current with marketing and industry trends to drive continuous engagement and end user adoption. Experience with creative writing for customer engagement from internal social media platforms. Ability to create engaging graphic visuals to enhance end user engagement for systems. Ability to showcase Microsoft 365 Product Suite to various audiences and how they work together when adding AI.

Compensation:

Hiring Salary Range Posted: $35.43 - $53.13 Hourly Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
