Platform Developer - Microsoft 365
**A Day in the Life:** We are looking for a dynamic Microsoft 365 Platform Developer to join our IT department. This role will be responsible for working with the 365 Admin team and product teams to maintain SharePoint and Teams environment along with developing PowerApps and Copilot studio applications. This individual must also be able to partner effectively with IT leaders, delivery teams and external partners, to help drive business success. Additionally, they need to have strong customer service skill set and an attention to end user experience. This individual will also need to prioritize enhancements based on predefined criteria provided by leadership. Ensures timely escalation and management of technical and service shortfalls to relevant technical support teams for resolution and for future prevention. The ability to balance between service support tickets as well as driving SharePoint design and development will also be expected. The starting salary for this role is $90K; commensurate with experience.
