What You'll do:
At Edward Jones we are developing a next-generation data architecture to support our growing
business. In a Platform Engineering role, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining Business
Intelligence and Advanced Analytic solutions in support analytics users across the firm. This will also
bring you into contact with a diverse array of stakeholders from each division. In doing so, you will be
placing powerful analytic tools in the hands of those responsible for answering the firms most critical
questions.

Here are a few of the key responsibilities you will be a part of...
 Work closely with project teams to deploy new solutions for proof-of-concept effortsIndependently design, assemble, configure, install, maintain, and tune complex infrastructure componentsDevelop integrated system designs and specificationsDevelop, package, test, document and implement quality infrastructure on a variety of platforms (Linux, Windows, etc.)Deploy, configure, support, and maintain cloud infrastructure and application components (IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS)Debug and correct complex internal and external infrastructure problemsDocument step-by-step procedures and system configuration for use in ongoing support and future efforts that require modifications or upgrades to the infrastructure
