Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer to join our Financial Crimes IT Agile Squad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our systems infrastructure, supporting application development, and ensuring the smooth operation of processing jobs. This role requires a strong background in both Windows and Linux server environments, application development and support, as well as experience with scripting, monitoring, and vendor management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing outstanding IT solutions to drive the success of the Financial Crimes business.
• Maintain the company platform uptime, performance, stability, and scalability
• Design, guide, mentor and challenge system architecture and processing with others
• Work with Data Scientists to develop rich value-added features
• Work with DBA to optimize data handling
• Work with Operations to automate solutions and increase service reliability
• Closely monitor all platform related production systems
• Define and implement deployment strategies for client-facing and internal tool systems.
• Continual improvement and fine-tuning of various alerting and monitoring systems.
Qualifications:
• Strong in Linux administration.
• Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
• Understanding of computer networks.
• Experience with application administration of at production scale.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
