This role will join our Platform As A Service team as a Platform Engineer. This team is responsible for building and maintaining our on-premises Kubernetes platform. This involves a mix of platform enhancement efforts, regular maintenance tasks, and working directly with application teams to provide support and guidance as they deploy to our platform. **What You'll Do:** + Write automation scripts (Ansible, Bash, Python) for platform operations, enhancements, and upgrades. + Work with leadership to identify enhancements to the platform, prioritize within the team's workload, and execute building new features for the platform. + Provide support for our Kubernetes platform in all environments, ensuring continuous service and stability of the platform for our users. + **Join the on-call rotation for 24/7 support of production systems,** ensuring continuous service and stability of the platform for our users. + Contribute to the team's work by participating in team events and meetings. + Provide excellent service to our users by responding to their requests correctly within our defined SLA. + Develop automation to improve the work of the team and our users' experiences of our platforms.
