DescriptionDescriptionAs a Platform Evangelist at Claris, an Apple company, you will play a crucial role in connecting Claris with its developer community, partners, and internal stakeholders. You will educate developers, advocate for their needs, and evangelize the Claris platform through various channels. This role involves community engagement, content creation, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product success and adoption. Key Responsibilities Platform Education and Communication: Regularly update partners and the developer community on the Claris platform roadmap and strategy. Educate key internal and external stakeholders on the platform’s capabilities, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams. Community Engagement and Advocacy: Attend and actively engage in external developer group meetings, conferences, and meetups domestically and internationally. Moderate Claris Community discussions serve as a voice for developers by summarizing community sentiment, providing feedback to Product Management (PM) and Product Marketing (PMM), and escalating issues when necessary. Platform Evangelism and Content Creation: Educate developers through one-to-many communications, such as blog posts, forum posts, tutorials, videos, and keynotes. Assist with the coordination of and speak at conferences, meetups, webinars, and Claris livestreams to share company strategy, roadmap, and product release plans. Create content that demonstrates the value of the Claris platform and helps developers succeed. Sales and Partner Enablement: Communicate product features, benefits, and ROI through relevant use cases to support sales teams and partners. Ensure alignment between product development and sales by articulating what is being built, why, and for whom. Help direct and partner selling channels understand competitive landscape and speak to competitive advantages. Training and Certification Development: Maintain and update Claris training content and certifications to reflect product enhancements. Drive the creation of new training materials and oversee the development of certifications to support ongoing developer education and enablement. Public Relations and Product Liaison: Source updates for the public product backlog and monthly email newsletters. Respond to PR requests and collaborate with Product Management to ensure messaging aligns with community insights and market trends. Developer Advocacy: Champion the needs and experiences of developers within Claris. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
