Your Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Lead to join our Digital, Data & IT Team for Healthcare R&D. This role requires a strong background in Healthcare R&D, Portfolio Management, and IT project management, as well as a deep understanding of the regulatory environment within the healthcare industry.
In the role of the System Lead for Healthcare R&D PPM, you will join our Digital, Data & IT team that owns, continually advances, and operates our R&D PPM solution for our Healthcare sector.
You will act as the technology lead for the Planisware platform and be responsible for the overall management, performance, and integrity of the system within the organization. Establishing data standards, data flows and integrations are key. You will cover system management, stakeholder engagement (business sponsor, user community, delivery team & Planisware as the vendor). You will oversee budgets, monitor service levels, and ensure compliance and cybersecurity.
Who You Are:
Master's degree in a relevant fieldAt least 7 years of experience with introducing or managing PPM software, i.e. PlaniswareProven track record of project engagements within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GXP and other relevant guidelines.Strong knowledge of industry data standardsFluent in English Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus.
