Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and visionary Platform Leader, Customer Experience Modernization based at our Greenville, NC location.  

  

What you will do: 

Drive results-oriented agile project management, including backlog management, scrum team management, and burndown forecasting. Measure and report on business value achieved.Develop and execute a modernization roadmap for Customer Experience platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.Lead and mentor a team of administrators, developers, and analysts while managing solution design and technical architecture to modernize legacy systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver innovative, effective system solutions.Oversee research and reporting on legacy systems, creating actionable modernization plans, and implementing scalable technology solutions.

What you will need: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT system transformation or platform strategy roles.Certifications: Scrum Master certification, SAFe Agilist certification, Salesforce Administrator

Skills, Experience & Abilities       

Experience managing complex projects as part of an agile program, including managing cross-workstream dependencies, developing integrated plans through PI Planning ceremonies, and managing and communicating program risks to an executive audience.Expertise in platform modernization strategy and scalable system design.Proficiency in IT system architecture, integration strategies, and technical debt management.Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects.Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
