What you will do: + Drive results-oriented agile project management, including backlog management, scrum team management, and burndown forecasting. Measure and report on business value achieved. + Develop and execute a modernization roadmap for Customer Experience platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability. + Lead and mentor a team of administrators, developers, and analysts while managing solution design and technical architecture to modernize legacy systems. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver innovative, effective system solutions. + Oversee research and reporting on legacy systems, creating actionable modernization plans, and implementing scalable technology solutions. What you will need: + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. + Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT system transformation or platform strategy roles. + Certifications: Scrum Master certification, SAFe Agilist certification, Salesforce Administrator Skills, Experience & Abilities + Experience managing complex projects as part of an agile program, including managing cross-workstream dependencies, developing integrated plans through PI Planning ceremonies, and managing and communicating program risks to an executive audience. + Expertise in platform modernization strategy and scalable system design. + Proficiency in IT system architecture, integration strategies, and technical debt management. + Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects. + Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
