Citizens Financial Group, Inc. (CFG) seeks a Platform Manager for its Chicago, IL location.
Duties: Owns the technology and platform alignment of journeys and experiences from multiple project teams. Manages resources, including contractors, to support platforms. Collaborates with Vendor Product Counsel to carry feature demand and requirements for consideration. Works with product owners to ensure capability roadmap is supported by planning and delivery routines. Manages platform budgets.
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field followed by five (5) years of progressive experience in the role or in a related role. Full term of experience must include: Leading Salesforce solution based projects to create new software banking applications for internal users and banking customers; Implementing multiple Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud; to provide software solution to automate and streamline processes as well as provide a platform for customers to access online applications; Supporting commercial software products and product integration, including AFS, Relay, and Salesforce to send and receive data between systems and enable processes; Building Salesforce reports and dashboards to track KPIs; Performing application support and maintenance, and supporting business processes and queries by providing bug fixes, Apex code fixes, and changes in rules and functionality; Converting functional requirements into technical user stories; Providing Salesforce demos and explaining backend calculations used to build applications; and Supporting production releases and participating in testing, conducting UATs, and training.
