Job Description We're seeking a dynamic Airfocus Platform Specialist to join our technology team at Charles Schwab. Working closely with a Product Owner, you'll be instrumental in implementing and managing our Idea & Opportunity Management platform (Airfocus) as it scales across Product, Business, and Technology organizations. Currently serving 120 users across our digital teams, we have ambitious growth plans to expand the platform's reach to 1,000 users across product and technology teams by year-end, with a long-term goal of 10,000 users enterprise-wide. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on platform management, requiring someone who can navigate between high-level project planning and tactical operational tasks.
