In this role, you will grow and manage a team that is responsible for account managing, optimizing and development. Critically the team will have a clear focus on both customer happiness and revenue targets. You’ll use your knowledge of developers, advertisers and agencies to build and maintain positive and productive relationships with marketers of all size and type. This team is critical in supporting the growth of our largest accounts and helping them achieve success. You’ll quickly gain the respect and support of both management and other employees by achieving business goals and demonstrating good judgment, eye for business, balance, objectivity, collaboration, quiet confidence, and trustworthiness. You will also have direct management responsibility for a team of Platform Specialists.DescriptionDescriptionReporting into the regional Head of PSMs, partnering closely with Gaming Client Partner Manager on gaming team’s business strategy and operation for strategic customers. You will lead and developing this team, while remaining very hands on with our biggest customers. Driving the right sales culture, ensures achieve revenue targets, and other specific metrics (e.g. incentive program, objectives and key results). Leading by example and ensuring we are delivering extraordinary services to all customers. Ensuring team report their businesses through our CRM system and other internal business management tools. Ensuring the team work closely and efficiently with the Client Partner team to build the efficient working relationship that delivers the best experience for our customers. Working closely with the Marketing, Measurement Strategists and Sales Enablement and Operations, etc. teams to feedback market sentiment on products.Minimum QualificationsMinimum QualificationsExtensive management experience leading highly successful teams ideally in digital account management.Significant work experience and a high level of credibility in online, digital or performance marketing, ideally working in the mobile advertising market.Collaborate in selling to customers at C-Suite while also being able to understand and optimize data at account level.Work with cross functional teams to drive a culture of collaboration and shared success.Key QualificationsKey QualificationsPreferred QualificationsPreferred QualificationsExperience and evidence of building excellent team cultures; mentor, developing and retaining talents; guide teams through transitions and changes effectively.Deep understanding of the mobile market in Greater China especially mainland China (both domestic and export), and keen passion to learn for the ever-changing digital space.Deep knowledge of gaming industry with strong experiences of managing clients and sales teams.Ability to prioritize the team, keep them focused on the critical business priorities while able to step back and see the bigger picture.Excellent communications skills, listen effectively, socialize ideas across different functions and articulate the business visions both internally and externally.Possess a growth mindset, highly collaborative and resilient. Track record of success and outstanding achievement.Mandarin and English proficiency required.Bachelors degree educated.
