What you will do
Provide End User System support and maintenance
Deliver Salesforce system enhancements and project, ranging from small enhancements to large-scale implementations.
Ensure the quality and data integrity of operational CRM systems.
Translate business requirements into working applications.
Delivery of data governance and systems administration.
Manage Installed packages and support system integration with other applications.
Partner and Collaborate with stakeholders in both the business and technical realms
Focus on Sales and Service business processes enabled through our commercial systems.
Coordinate with IT counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents – accountable for timely and accurate delivery.
Assist with Regression testing and stay connected to divisional and global CRM launches on our shared platform.
What you need
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, IT, Business Operations or related field.
2+ years of professional experience
2+ years of Salesforce experience, with strong technical knowledge.
Preferred
Salesforce Admin certification.
Experience of working in CRM, ERP and Business Applications.
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion.
Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes.
Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies.
