Position Summary
The role sits within the MX Sell Out Platform and Promotions Management and will be responsible for designing, coordinating, communicating, executing the strategies and action plans for the MX Trade-in and Refurbish business to achieve its targets.The role will have the opportunity to support the development Promotions and Sellout Enhancement Services through a mix of data-driven marketing and business development approach, in order to boost sales while increasing customer retention.
Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Collaborate to Promotions & Sellout Enhancement Services strategy which include but are not limited to: financing services, affordability services, innovative services, activities and promotions with the goal of creating differentiation, increasing loyalty, and boosting sales capacity
Operations Management and promotion support
Refurbishment & Trade-In Operations Management, overseeing the collection of used devices from channel partners and Trade-In programs to ensure proper refurbishment and resale.
Optimization of logistics and financial operations, working closely with internal teams and external partners to manage inventory, payment flows, and distribution.
Development of sales strategies for refurbished devices, managing resale platforms and auction operations to maximize value for out-of-scope devices.
Performance analysis and reporting, tracking key metrics, supporting demand planning, and contributing to business targets.
Coordination with the Sell-Out Platform & Promotion team, enhancing Trade-In and other kind of sell-out promotions operations efficiency and aligning promotional strategies with the sell-out platforms program.
Skills and Qualifications
Education & Experience
University degree with business/technical background
2/3 years of experience in area of product marketing, project management, business development roles
Capability to work on complex projects together with many different stakeholders and to drive change
Strong analytical capabilities and fast understanding of new topics and complex problems
Good business judgement and financial acumen
Very good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent in English and italian language
