**Job Description:** + This role will be responsible for creating overall processes, templates, and follow-ups internally and externally to drive cross functional marketing activations for our top moments. + The Marketing Manager is also responsible for strong stakeholder alignment on the projects, have the ability to work across teams to identify areas of opportunity for the overall business, and have the ability to lead small and large projects to successful implementation and derive & report results using success metrics. **Responsibilities:** + Drive marketing related outcomes for a few projects/products as a key contributor by proactively taking initiative to kick off work streams and projects. + Generate and structure a plan and strategy to execute on a project and approach. + Proactively organize and lead program activities and stakeholders in order to successfully deliver business, operational, and technical improvements. + Support client's content strategy, run medium- to large-scale campaigns, and communicate effectively through multiple scalable marketing initiatives. + Lead stakeholders to work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria. + Estimate task durations, and ensure schedules and dependencies are aligned and support those objectives within an organization. + Execute innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive education, engagement, and product adoption by leveraging various channels. + Define critical opportunities to drive step-changes in user growth, increase user engagement with new product features, and drive user adoption of existing features. + Effectively monitor and communicate progress, and risks. Propose mitigation plans and align stakeholders on de-risking strategies. + Measure and publish program and process metrics to drive consensus in teams’ understanding of issues, and to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. **Experience:** + 5+ years of experience within one or more of the following fields: unified user marketing strategies, lifecycle marketing, and/or product marketing focus. + Experience with projects, cross-functional stakeholder management, and project management. + Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships. + Highly organized and detail-oriented. **Skills:** + Product Marketing + Mobile app ecosystems or digital platform /marketplace experience + Consumer Marketing **Education:** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
