ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Strive to entertain our guests and exceed their expectations through gracious, enthusiastic and personalized service. Provide a range of service to VIP guests to include non-hosted if applicable, evaluation of play, answering promotional questions, booking hotel reservations, and selling an experience through telephone calls. Will help assembly gifts and baskets to be placed in hotel rooms for hosted guests. Must possess great customer service skills and a passion for customer care. Must be able to make a cold call to guests on an assigned task list. Take comp requests and book any reservations from off duty Hosts. Must be able and willing to be on the floor interacting and engaging with guests. Be willing to assist the PD Manager with any and all tasks that may be needed to meet business needs Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Understanding that schedules are not permanent and are subject to change at Management’s discretion. In order to meet business needs.
