As a Player Rewards Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing Players Club attendants, training, inventory, promotions, Player Rewards, daily paperwork, and dispute resolution. All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Maintaining daily procedures regarding Lucky North Rewards members and functions, which includes discerning appropriate ID, filing, record keeping and computer coding of applications. + Understand and communicate promotional information to patrons and team members. + Understand direct mail parameters and update customer account information, but not changing player rating information. + Inventory of retail items and department supplies. + Understand and be knowledgeable on point structures. + Answer patron questions including rewards program benefits. + Recruit new club members. + Provide oversight to the Players Club Attendants. + Assist in the hiring process of new team members. + Answer questions from team members concerning policies and procedures. + Execute promotional games, contests, drawings, and giveaways. + Maintain strict confidential guidelines in all customer interactions and records. **More about you** + Must be 21 years of age + Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license + Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, database and point-of-sale system preferred + Excellent guest service skills + Ability to perform basic math calculations **Physical requirements** + Ability to lift up to 30 pounds + Frequent standing and walking for the entire length of shift + Exposure to secondhand smoke and moderate to high noise levels at times **Shift details** Day shift Evening shift On call Split shift Holidays Evenings as needed Weekends Every weekend Event based Overtime as needed 8 hour shift **Who we are** Delaware North Gaming operates Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire.
