Job Summary To assist in the overall experience of our Resort, Public and Member golfing guests. This multi-faceted position includes a wide range of duties which require superior customer service skills. Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: + Must be able to work flexible hours and work weekends and holidays. + Hours of operations are dependent upon time of year and business levels. + Candidate must be focused on customer service skills and ability to grow and develop with facility. + Position is designed to provide a hands on, dedicated approach to all guests and guests’ needs. + Ability to work cooperatively with staff, management and guests. + Communication, organizational and time management skills are a must. + Must be dedicated to the success of the facility. + Normal vision and hearing ranges required. + Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language. + High School education or its equivalent. + Prior experience in golf operations is a plus. + Must have basic computer skills. + Must have good telephone skills and customer relation / communication skills. + Must be able to accurately handle monetary transactions. + Positive interpersonal skills required. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: + Assisting our golfing guests upon their arrival and departure from Lookout Mountain Golf Club. + Properly store all golf bags and golf cars. + Prepare and breakdown of the practice facility. + Provide an environment for an outstanding golf experience. + Maintain the highest level of integrity with the company, customers and fellow employees. + Hold yourself, your supervisors and your co-workers to the highest standards. + Present a clean, neat and professional appearance. + Assist with Tournament operations and set-up. + Golf Car and equipment maintenance. + Understand and comply with all applicable health regulations. + Display a team-member respectful attitude. + Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. + Represent Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and Lookout Mountain Golf Club with professional behavior.
