To assist in the overall experience of our Resort, Public and Member golfing guests. This multi-faceted position includes a wide range of duties which require superior customer service skills.
ResponsibilitiesQUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to work flexible hours and work weekends and holidays.Hours of operations are dependent upon time of year and business levels.Candidate must be focused on customer service skills and ability to grow and develop with facility.Position is designed to provide a hands on, dedicated approach to all guests and guests’ needs.Ability to work cooperatively with staff, management and guests.Communication, organizational and time management skills are a must.Must be dedicated to the success of the facility.Normal vision and hearing ranges required.Must be able to fluently speak and write the English language.High School education or its equivalent.Prior experience in golf operations is a plus.Must have basic computer skills.Must have good telephone skills and customer relation / communication skills.Must be able to accurately handle monetary transactions.Positive interpersonal skills required.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting our golfing guests upon their arrival and departure from Lookout Mountain Golf Club.Properly store all golf bags and golf cars. Prepare and breakdown of the practice facility.Provide an environment for an outstanding golf experience.Maintain the highest level of integrity with the company, customers and fellow employees.Hold yourself, your supervisors and your co-workers to the highest standards.Present a clean, neat and professional appearance. Assist with Tournament operations and set-up.Golf Car and equipment maintenance.Understand and comply with all applicable health regulations.Display a team-member respectful attitude.Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.Represent Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and Lookout Mountain Golf Club with professional behavior.
