Safeguards all cage assets. Ensures that all local, state and federal rules and regulations are followed. Ensures that all company and departmental policies and procedures are followed. Knowledge of check cashing and Credit card cash advance systems. Good guest relations and problem solving skills. Previous casino cage supervisory experience preferred. Two years Cage Cashier and Main Bank experience required. Associate's degree (A. A.) from a two or four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other cast members of the organization. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of database and spreadsheet software. Must be able to obtain a Gaming License. Must successfully complete ServSale Alcohol training certification course. 10-key calculator by touch. Good math skills. Must have a positive attitude. While performing the duties of this job, the cast member is regularly required to stand or walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The cast member is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The cast member is occasionally required to sit. The cast member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
