Delaware North Gaming is searching for full-time or part-time Player Services Representatives to join our team at Wheeling Island Casino in Wheeling, West Virginia. As a Player Services Representative, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, and assisting with all player rewards transactions.

Responsibilities Update player rewards information, perform credit and cash transactions, and issue player cardsExplain games, contests, drawings, and promotional giveaways to guestsRead group resumes and oversee daily activities of groupsComplete shift closing, drop cash, check payments, and secure bank at all timesOffer bell assistance to all arriving and departing guestsQualifications No high school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of experience in front desk customer serviceMust be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming licenseStrong written and verbal communication skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 poundsAbility to stand 100% of the timeShift Details
