Under general direction of the Players Club Manager, supervises the operations of the Players Club to ensure customer service standards are met or exceeded. Ensures Players Club operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and all duties are executed in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED plus three (3) years related gaming experience including one (1) year in a lead or supervisory capacity. Associates degree preferred. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
