Summary: Seeking a PLC Maintenance Specialist with expertise in mechanical and electrical maintenance for automation machines, specializing in Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers.

Requirements:

5+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment Experience with PLC controls and troubleshooting electronics (12VDC-460 VAC) Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motor starters, and pumps Strong mechanical aptitude

Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience with Siemens, Rockwell, and Allen Bradley PLC controllers Ability to troubleshoot vision systems or barcode scanners Familiarity with ABB, Motoman, Fanuc, Universal robots Understanding of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives) and Servo Drives

Responsibilities:

Maintain and service mechanical equipment machinery and components Install, maintain, and repair industrial assembly equipment including pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems Troubleshoot issues physically and electronically via PLC or program investigation Perform skilled repairs of mechanical, electrical building systems and equipment Conduct periodic inspections to evaluate requests for repair

Pay Details: $37.00 to $48.00 per hour
