Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. You will dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and operating manuals. Additionally, you will rebuild manufacturing equipment and perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers. ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical or mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process.Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating manuals, or using test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.Rebuild manufacturing equipment and perform equipment modifications as directed by manufacturing engineers.Ensure the quality of work to meet or exceed customer satisfaction.Communicate professionally with machine manufacturers, parts suppliers, and sub-contractors.Manage parts orders with suppliers.Ensure machine sub-contractors meet safety requirements and company protocols.Perform daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual TPM activities for all equipment to ensure overall efficiency, reducing downtime, and maximizing uptime.Maintain relationships with key third-party vendors and OEM manufacturers to identify critical spare parts for key equipment.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

You will be working in a climate-controlled machine shop. The shift is from 7 am to 3 pm, customizable as long as you are present during the day. The shop is equipped with various CNC Machines, including 2-axis, 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machines, as well as EDM machines.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00
