PLC Technician (3rd Shift)

We are seeking a skilled PLC Technician with expertise in Allen Bradley PLCs to support the programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation systems. The technician will focus on ensuring the efficient operation of Allen Bradley PLCs and associated HMI systems, diagnosing issues, and performing regular system upgrades. This role requires in-depth knowledge of FactoryTalk ME and SE HMI programming environments as well as servo motion control with kinetics drives.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Install, program, and configure Allen Bradley PLC systems.
Develop and troubleshoot HMI applications using FactoryTalk ME and SE.
Diagnose and repair PLC and HMI-related issues to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and system updates on automation equipment.
Interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians to enhance process automation.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
 

Requirements:
High school diploma and a minimum of 48 months’ experience as a robot programmer, automation technician, mechanical technician, controls technician, or in a related field.
