**Job Title: Industrial Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician with several years of hands-on experience in manufacturing/production environments. The Industrial Electrician will be responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment and electrical components. This role requires creativity, self-confidence, and strong time management skills. The ideal candidate must be a team player with solid experience in troubleshooting and working with industrial machinery and electrical systems. **Hard Skills** + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an Electrician + 480v 3 phase knowledge & troubleshooting ability + Training or experience in troubleshooting related industrial maintenance machines + Experience troubleshooting and working with Allen Bradley PLCs + Ability to read and work with electrical and mechanical drawings + Demonstrated comfort working with the Electrical Safety Code + Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical controls, and PLCs + Experience with welding and fabrication (considered a strong asset) **Soft Skills** + Good creativity + Self-confidence + Time management + Team player **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 5 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in NA, New Jersey. **Work Environment** 1st shift (M-F) 6:30am-3pm, heavy industrial manufacturing environment, non-climate controlled, working on getting site back up and running **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
