**Job Title: PLC Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking skilled Electrical PLC Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. As a PLC Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical and automation systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and maintain PLC systems.
+ Perform electrical and automation troubleshooting.
+ Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
+ Work with photo eye sensors, robotics, and automation systems.
+ Use CMMS for maintenance tracking and reporting.
+ Handle conveyor maintenance in a food manufacturing environment.
+ Work with ladder logic and Siemens PLCs.
+ Maintain machinery wiring and industrial electrical systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficient in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance.
+ Experience with electrical troubleshooting.
+ Knowledge of photo eye sensors and automation troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with robotics troubleshooting.
+ Understanding of ladder logic programming.
+ Experience with Siemens PLCs.
+ Ability to perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
+ Experience with conveyor maintenance.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with VFDs, 3 phase motors, and 480 volts.
+ Knowledge of machinery wiring and industrial electricity.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a variety of environments including freezer, refrigerated, and oven/furnace areas. Shifts available are 2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm and 3rd Shift: 11pm - 7am.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sanford, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00
