This role will require you to troubleshoot and repair electrical components up to 480V and gain valuable hands-on experience with PLC systems. If you're passionate about maintenance and looking to be part of a growing team, we’d love to talk to you! **Skills & Responsibilities:** + Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial systems. + Repair and troubleshoot equipment up to **480V** , including **3-phase wiring** . + **PLC Troubleshooting** : Understand and troubleshoot **ladder logic** (programming is not required). + Mechanical experience is a **plus** (hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, 3-phase motors). + Working with schematics and electrical diagrams to diagnose and repair equipment. + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery. **Qualifications:** + 4+ years of experience as a **PLC Technician** or **Industrial Electrician** . + Strong **PLC Troubleshooting** experience (programming knowledge not required). + Experience with **electrical maintenance** , **480V** , **3-phase wiring** , and **PLC systems** . + **Mechanical experience** is a nice-to-have (hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, 3-phase motors). + **Intermediate Level** : Some prior experience required, but we are open to candidates eager to learn and grow. **We Are Also Open to Hiring a Lower-Level Maintenance Tech!** If you're a candidate with strong **mechanical experience** but have less experience troubleshooting PLCs, this is still a great opportunity for you!
