Description We are seeking a Plex ERP Manager to join our client's team, based in Dayton, Ohio. You will play a key role in managing the integration, customization, and maintenance of Plex ERP systems. This role also involves overseeing IT infrastructure and support. Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily administration, maintenance, and optimization of the Plex ERP system. • Collaborate with various internal departments to recognize business needs and implement ERP solutions. • Lead projects to improve system functionalities, including software updates and system integration. • Troubleshoot and address Plex ERP-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime. • Work with vendors and external partners to manage system upgrades, support tickets, and customization. • Plan and execute IT and ERP-related projects within set timelines and budgets. • Work closely with senior management to align IT goals with business objectives. • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency in all operations. • Utilize skills in Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Change Management, Plex, Plex Manufacturing ERP, SQL to execute tasks. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Proven ability in Business Process Functions is essential. • Proficiency in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents is required. • Experience in Change Management is crucial for this role. • Must have hands-on experience with Plex and Plex Manufacturing ERP. • Knowledge and experience in SQL are mandatory. • The ability to work effectively in a team and individually. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without must be eligible to work in the U.S..
